The Modern Celebrates Class of 2024 Valedictorians

The Modern College of Design is proud to announce the recognition of fourteen valedictorians at this year's commencement ceremony, set to take place on Sunday, June 9, 2024, at the Dayton Masonic Center in Dayton, Ohio.

The Modern’s Design and Design Leadership Programs offer a comprehensive curriculum encompassing design, creative problem-solving, business, marketing, and communication courses. These programs equip students for leading roles in the design industry. Graduates from The Modern’s award-winning programs excel as graphic designers, digital designers, UI/UX designers, photographers, videographers, and motion designers. The valedictorians have demonstrated outstanding dedication and represent the finest talent in the region.

“Our valedictorians have consistently pushed the boundaries of creativity and excellence,” said President Jessica Barry. “Their dedication and passion are truly inspiring, and I look forward to seeing the remarkable impact they will make in the design industry.”

Employers and community members are invited to meet the valedictorians and other 2024 graduates at Reveal - an exhibition of graduates’ artwork on June 7, 2024, from 11:30 am to 1:30 pm.
