Request Transcripts

If you no longer have access to your Modern email (@themodern.edu), follow these steps to request your transcript:

1. Schedule your identity verification
Email Registrar@themodern.edu to set up a short Zoom meeting.

‍2. Verify your identity
Join the Zoom meeting and show a valid, government-issued photo ID (original required).

If your name has changed since attending, you’ll also need to provide legal documentation of your name at that time.

‍3. Get your access details
After verification, you’ll receive:
• A link to the transcript request form
• A unique token ID sent to your personal email

‍4. Submit your request
Complete the form using your token ID. Your transcript will be processed and sent based on your request.
