All students that apply must fulfill the pre-described requirements for consideration and only after doing so will a determination as to the student's eligibility be made at The Modern’s sole discretion. Any license and accrediting information is available for review in the business office at the college. All advertising and promotional materials used are truthful and avoid leaving any false, misleading, or exaggerated impressions with respect to the college, its personnel, its training, its services and its accredited status.
