Mr. Rumbaugh holds a Master of Humanities in Visual Theory and Culture from Wright State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Film and Video Production with a focus in Animation from Columbia College Chicago. Stephen has more than 25 years of experience in creative leadership, brand development, and design education. He has held positions at the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga as Executive Director of Brand Management and Creative Content and Director of Creative Services, and at Wright State University as Design Strategist. His professional experience includes leading brand strategy, visual communication, and creative operations for higher education and nonprofit organizations, as well as developing brand platforms and design systems for a variety of clients as a creative consultant. He has taught design courses at both the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga and The Modern College of Design. Stephen is the Graphic Design Program Director and teaches design courses.
