Move-In Day brought new and returning students together at The Modern. Fourteen new students joined the housing community this fall, moving into apartments in Kettering with the support of Collegiate Housing Services.

The apartment communities are close to campus, with one within walking distance and another just a short drive away. Kettering is known as a safe and welcoming community, giving students and their families peace of mind as they begin this new chapter.

The day was filled with excitement as students unpacked, met their roommates, and began making their apartments feel like home. Living in The Modern’s housing community offers the comfort of independent apartment living with the connection of a built-in student network. It is a place where students can balance school and social life, build lasting friendships, and feel supported as they pursue their creative futures.
